AI Native Software Engineering Accelerator

AI Native Software Engineering Accelerator

Become an Accelerator

Software engineering is changing. AI is now part of how modern software is designed, built, tested and maintained. Success is no longer only about writing code. It is about understanding systems, making sound engineering decisions, and knowing how to use AI well. The AI-Native Software Engineering Accelerator is your opportunity to take the next step in your career. It is built for developers with a couple of years of professional software development experience behind them, but it works just as well if you have ten. What matters is that you have real production experience and want to stay ahead of where the field is going. You are hired as a SALT consultant from day one, and your SALT journey begins with five weeks that sharpen what you already do well and add the capabilities clients are hiring for right now. After the accelerator you are matched with a client and keep developing as a SALT consultant.

What you will learn

  • Use AI as a natural part of the development process, from design and implementation through to testing, quality assurance and documentation.

  • Strengthen your skills in system design, architecture and technical decision-making, grounded in real business and system requirements.

  • Evaluate, improve and quality-assure AI-generated solutions.

  • Design and orchestrate multi-agent workflows.

How it works

Your employment at SALT begins with a full-time, 5-week accelerator at our Stockholm office.

The first week is devoted to software engineering: system design, architecture and technical decision-making, grounded in real business and system requirements. The following two weeks focus entirely on strengthening your AI skills and making AI a natural part of how you work. The final two weeks are dedicated to a larger project, where you put everything into practice and build a solution that demonstrates technical breadth, systems understanding and the ability to work as a modern, AI-native engineer.

Once you have completed the accelerator, you are matched with an assignment at one of our clients. The goal is that you step into your first assignment with a stronger engineering profile, deeper technical understanding and the ability to work as an AI-native developer.

About us

Our programs and accelerators are built on applied learning and real problem-solving. Whether you focus on software, AI or data, we teach you how to learn effectively, the skill that lets you move smoothly into new teams, new tools and unfamiliar tech environments long after you leave the classroom.

Transitioning into a tech career, or evolving the one you already have, takes more than learning new tools. At SALT, you also develop the ability to communicate and present your ideas clearly, collaborate with diverse teams and contribute from your first weeks on an assignment.

We invest in every student and consultant who joins us, and we help you grow into someone a high-performing tech team is glad to have: technically, professionally and socially.
