Sweden doesn't lack people who can work in tech. Companies just look for them in the same places, with the same filters, and then pay for months of ramp-up once someone is hired.
SALT works differently. We select people for what they can do, prepare them intensively through applied learning on real projects, and place them with clients as consultants who deliver from day one. Since 2018, more than 800 consultants have been trained at SALT, and more than 200 Swedish companies have built their teams with them. 94 percent of clients choose to hire the consultant permanently after the consultancy period, at no additional cost.
Today SALT is a tech provider with an education company at its heart. We train people early in their careers through our programs, and we sharpen experienced engineers through our accelerators. Either way, the promise is the same: access to the best people in tech, ready to deliver at day one.
